Active:  Project in the pre-planning, event/engagement or implementation phase
Inactive:  Project has stalled out, but has the potential to need future program support
Complete: Implementation and process stabilization complete, ready to begin final documentation phase
Cancelled:  The project or department has changed scope and/or priorities. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the project was cancelled
Closed:  Final documentation complete
