Serving the employees of the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) and their customers, the DMV Technical Branch aims to create an effective delivery system of training materials and ensure consistency across all branches of the DMV. Our goal is to ensure DMV training improves work processes and ultimately improves the quality of services Vermonters receive. Customer service is a core value of the DMV; both external and internal customer needs are prioritized. Training programs address effective employee onboarding and training practices, processes improvements as well as the implementation of new technology systems. Our programs ensure that customers have a consistent and positive experience with our team members.
