The Safety & Health Branch serves as an agency resource to ensure the safest environment and business practices for our employees and ultimately the general public. We are committed to developing a culture where safety and health are core values and are adopted and practiced throughout all branches of AOT. Our goal is to ensure that every employee gets home safely and healthy every day by fostering a culture focused on awareness, open communication, safety education, and safe working practices. Safety is the responsibility of every employee to ensure a safe work environment. To reach these goals, we collaborate with our partners, performing regular inspections and field visits, and communicating with all stakeholders. We listen and respond to feedback and needs, collect data on accidents and injuries, and base our programs on our findings. We are experts in safety and provide our customers with support wherever it is needed by ensuring meaningful communication, collaboration and compliance with VOSHA regulations.
