Contract Administration’s Construction Contracting Unit oversees the solicitation of vendors and the execution of agreements for the Agency of Transportation’s construction needs. Solicitation and agreement types include, but are not limited to, Design-Bid-Build (traditional), Design-Build, Construction-Manager-General-Contractor, Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity, Job-Order-Contracts, and ancillary agreements that help facilitate construction.
