The Vermont Agency of Transportation has completed a Draft Airport Master Plan Update (MPU) to account for changes that have taken place at E.F. Knapp State Airport and in the aviation industry since the completion of the previous update in 2000. The Master Plan will be used to guide airport improvements to meet existing and future needs of Airport users. Comments can be sent to aot.railaviationprojectdeliveryfolders@vermont.gov. The comment period will end by February 25th, 2023.

A hybrid public meeting was conducted in an open house format on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, 6:00-7:30 P.M. at E.F. Knapp Terminal Building (in the former restaurant) at 1979 Airport Rd. Barre, VT.
