The goal of the Construction Management System (CMS) Replacement Project is to replace the aging AASHTOWare client/server software used by VTrans today. It is important that the Agency obtain the best possible replacement software and fully transition to a new solution before modules of the current software sunsets. The project provides the Agency the opportunity to secure functionality not found in our current system including business process and document management.
