Pollution Prevention & Compliance

The Pollution Prevention & Compliance Section provides administration over environmental regulatory compliance and natural resource protection for the Agency of Transportation's District Maintenance and Fleet Division. The program ensures compliance under various federal and state environmental regulatory programs including, but not limited to management and compliance of stormwater, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and vegetation.
