ADA Complaint Procedure

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED ADA DISCRIMINATION USING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS

The Agency of Transportation (AOT), as a direct recipient of federal transportation funding, is responsible for ensuring compliance with ADA standards as they relate to the provision of transportation services, activities, and programs. If you or someone you know believes they are the victim of disability discrimination, please follow the complaint procedure below and use the complaint form provided:

Alternate means of filing complaints, such as personal interviews or tape recordings are available for those unable to submit a written complaint form.  Please contact us if this applies to you.
