The table below lists all known editions of the Standard Specifications. Those published from 1995 on, as well as the 1948 edition, are available as searchable PDF documents by clicking on the links below. The other editions are not currently available in electronic form, however, where the table notes that PC&S has a hard copy, individuals may request photographs of small portions of the book by e-mailing VTrans Public Records at AOT.PublicRecordsManager@vermont.gov. Due to the age and condition of the books, and the manual nature of photographing pages, please keep requests as limited and specific as possible.
The Pre-Contract and Specifications Office has also created a spreadsheet which compiles all known information about each edition of the Standard Specifications, which can be found here.
