Brief Project Description: Vermont Local Roads is utilizing STIC funding to purchase equipment for GIS training focused on Vermont municipalitites. Through the training process we are working to identify municipalities who want to commit to an implementation process where an iPad will be granted to the town so GIS data collection and database maintenance work can be conducted in the field. This will greatly empower Vermont municipalities to improve their asset management processes and capabilities.
