Brief Project Description:
This project will provide an agency feedback and communication framework for collaborators and partners with a goal to reduce the number change orders and improve bidding competitiveness. The research involves data collection and analysis, focus group input, a risk assessment and prioritization, testing of the proposed framework, and a guidelines for implementation.
