The mileage certificates are part of an annual process by which VTrans compiles town highway mileage for all town roads.
2023 Mileage Certificate Schedule
The 2023 Mileage Certificates will be sent via email to Town/City/Village Clerks (and CC'd to additional Town/City/Village officials upon request) on January 4, 2023.
Towns may return completed, signed certificates by email or standard mail (see below)
The deadline to return certificates to the VTrans Mapping Section is February 20th.
