The Agency maintains an Approved Aggregate Source Program which evaluates aggregates for use on Agency construction projects. A guidance document, linked below, details the requirements and process for users to acquire approval. Questions regarding the program and process should be directed to AOT.AggregateSources@vermont.gov.

Request Forms: Fill out a request form for each material category requiring approval. Forms are automated and will generate a notice of receipt.
