The e-Construction Section within the Construction and Materials Bureau supports the existing Agency practice, programs, and applications, while continuing to pursue and implement new technologies that align with the overall e-Construction effort and foster collaboration. Through the eConstruction program, VTrans aims to increase efficiency of construction staff by streamlining communications with internal and external partners through the automation of document processing using digital technology.
