Taylor Waring, P.E., Construction Structures Engineer
The Construction Structures Engineer provides technical expertise to all Construction Section field staff on structural matters for projects administered by the Agency’s Construction Section. The Construction Structures Engineer acts as a liaison between Construction Section field staff, the contracting community, and the Highway Division Structures Design Section, within the Project Delivery Bureau, to ensure that a quality, feasible product is delivered.
