The Technical Branch offers a variety of "hands-on" training opportunities. We enhance the performance of employees in their jobs today as well as the jobs of their future. We respond to business and employee training needs. We evaluate our work based on feedback from employees and managers and gauge the trainings success on post training employee productivity. The value that drives our work is knowing that we support the Agency reach its goals by helping employees develop and grow.
